    Payment and orders

    Delivery

    Yes! We support delivery to most countries and regions.Please fill in your address, name and contact information truthfully (don't worry! No one else will know your information except Rainbowoo, and we provide confidential delivery).

    We set different shipping costs for each region and different weights, which will be displayed on your checkout page. You can first select the items you want to purchase, enter your delivery address on the checkout page, and Rainbowoo will automatically display the shipping cost you need to pay.

    The delivery time will depend on your location, and generally the goods will be delivered to you within 5-14 days.

    If your item has not arrived or you cannot find it, please contact Rainbowoo within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Otherwise, we will not be able to support your claim.
