Return and Exchange Policy

rainbowoo provides a shopping guarantee of up to 15 days. If you find that the product is defective within 15 days of purchase, we will replace it with a new one for free, so that you can shop with peace of mind and enjoy the happiness!

All rainbowoo products, once sold, do not support order cancellation, return or exchange!(Excluding defective goods)

Rainbowoo Return and Exchange Policy

Your purchase of goods at Rainbowoo is deemed to be in agreement with the following policies

1. Due to the special nature of the product, Rainbowoo cannot return or exchange products that have been opened, used, or have no defects.

2. Rainbowoo does not accept any return or exchange reasons due to color difference or appearance. We will try our best to display the original color of the goods in the store, but each screen display is different, and we cannot guarantee that the display you use can accurately display the color of the goods.

3. Rainbowwoo cannot provide return and exchange services due to a series of personal reasons such as wrong product selection, incorrect order information, failure to arrive on time, goods not meeting psychological expectations, and goods not meeting usage requirements!

4. Defective goods that are eligible for exchange must be kept clean and intact when sent back to Rainbowoo, as well as all items and gifts attached to the goods, otherwise they cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. All shipping costs, taxes, duties, customs fees, etc. incurred when returning defective products are borne by the customer.

6. If the customer fails to contact Rainbowoo in advance, fails to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code from Rainbowoo, fills in the wrong return information, or privately returns the product to the address on the package or other addresses not provided by Rainbowoo, the above situations will be deemed as the customer’s voluntary disposal of the product, and all consequences will be borne by the customer and have nothing to do with Rainbowoo.

7. Rainbowoo reserves the right to inspect and return products that do not meet the return and exchange requirements. All costs incurred, including but not limited to shipping costs, taxes, tariffs, etc., shall be borne by the customer.

8. Rainbowoo is not responsible for the loss, damage, or delayed delivery of goods due to a series of objective reasons such as climate and customs policies, and is not required to provide compensation or return and exchange services.

9. In case of loss, damage, or delayed delivery of goods due to logistics or transportation reasons, customers can choose Rainbowwoo as their representative to negotiate claims with the logistics company. The compensation situation and amount will be assessed and paid by the logistics company. Rainbowwoo does not bear any responsibility and does not need to pay any compensation.

Product defects: refers to the quality defects that already exist when the product leaves the factory; other damages caused by incorrect use, improper cleaning methods, human collision or falling, etc., are not considered product defects!

We are very sorry! Due to hygiene reasons and the special and private nature of the products, all the products we sell cannot be returned or exchanged!
This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

Don't worry! If the product is found to be defective within 15 days of purchase (note! Proof of non-artificial damage is required), we will replace it with the same product.
Please contact Rainbowoo and inform us of the problem, and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) by email, which will serve as the only proof of the return of the product. Any return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number in order to be processed. We will not accept any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
When mentioning the defect in the email, please provide the following information: your order number or your network confirmation number, as well as your name and where the product is defective.
Once the defective product is returned (Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the product), we will immediately send you a new replacement product free of charge after we receive the defective product and process the return.
Attention! Any returned product must include all original parts and packaging, applicable batteries, cables, controllers, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc., as well as all items and gifts that come with the product. If there are any omissions, the product cannot be replaced!

Please don't worry! If the package is lost or damaged due to logistics reasons, you can contact Rainbowoo within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, and Rainbowoo will claim compensation from the logistics company on your behalf. Of course, you can also contact the logistics company and claim compensation on your own. The logistics information will be sent to your mailbox when the goods are shipped, and you can track the order yourself.
But please note! If the package is lost or damaged due to a series of personal reasons such as incorrect address filling, incorrect contact information filling, use of collection address and service, Rainbowoo is not responsible, and all consequences are borne by the customer!

Don't worry! If Rainbowoo didn't send the correct item, we will resend you the item on your order, and it's completely free!
